Shit company who doesn't fulfill there guarantees. Claims that my earphones who have never been able to connect to their own app has nothing to do with the quality of there earphones and is not a reason to claim a refund/repair/replacement. Shitty answers and don't have as intention to solve the issue but to only delay the process til consumer gives up, as other have pointed at. Product itself is nothing to brace about either. Nothing special about there over ears.
