I completed an order 06/04/2024 and I didn't get any advance in the order status, I sent an email to customer service and I didn't get any response. The website said it takes Preparation Time:1-5 working days Estimated Delivery Time:7-15 working days and now it's 12 bussines day with the same "preparation order". No response from the company I just read your answer to this review and also, finally someone from CS reply my email.
