Jammed the Qidi Box, they helped me get it Unjammed.
I loaded a type of filament into the Qidi Box that was not compatible with the unit, and of course it jammed -- badly. I thought I'd voided my warranty, and I emailed Emma in Customer Suppport. She sent me a link to some very detailed videos on how to open the unit and clean out the gears, and I was able to get the Box working again. I've emailed several questions to them in my first couple months owning the system, and they have always gotten the issues resolved. It is, of course, email Technical Support with a Chinese company, but honestly they do better than some US companies. Thanks!
