Postmates is an absolute scam
Postmates is an absolute scam. They advertised the 70% off offer but applied an inferior offer automatically and didn’t give me a chance to change it. I argued with customer service for more than an hour over chat and phone. And I was mostly just told they would stick to the scam charge. Finally on the phone, they said they’d refund me and said they’d send a confirmation but I got neither confirmation nor refund. I reached out again, and they just started explaining to me again. And they claimed they’d escalate the issue but again I got no email. Their service is bullshit and a waste of time.
