I ordered 3 New SIPIK SK68-3W. One of the torches did not work upon arrival. Their replay, "Please send us a video about the defective product, so that we can help you solve the problem faster". How do you use a video to solve a dead torch? I do not have a camera.

Received 3 flash lights. 1 of them is dead out of the box! With the 2 good ones I've isolated the problem to be with the led module. How do I get a replacement or fix?
