Failed attempts to review items/contact customer service
Have attempted to review items, good and not so good several times, however ‘every time’ there is an error and ‘unable to leave a review at this time’. Attempted to find an email address for customer contact/complaints, and their website repeatedly defaults to ‘promotions’ in the ‘contact us’ section. Impossible to send a written communication, only option is to phone during office hours - leaving you with no proof of contact. Very disappointing customer service options from Head Office, yet on the ground in the store the staff excel in every way possible.
