Do NOT buy Growatt
Do NOT buy Growatt I have been unlucky enough to purchase a growatt solar system. The system has an interface as if it was from 1990, with a million of parameters only system admin (manufacturers support) can set The AI function, which is supposed to load the battery at low prices to use at high, loads the battery at high cost When turning off the AI function(for that reason) the system becomes unstable the user cannot restart or reset the system, neither can the sellers customer support, getting back to normal operation requires a support case to the manufacturer Summary: the Growatt solar power system is unstable, non user friendly, not thought through and filled with bugs. DO NOT put your money on it!! Now I have sent Growatt pictures showing how the ai buys at highest price of the day and sells at lowest price I have also sent two pictures showing how Growatt system loses internet connection and does not recover until power is cut to the system (Growatt customer service: it needs a stable internet connection to work…. Well Growatt everything else in my house works fine and the system was dead for hours until I discovered it was not working at all and managed to get my son to go to my house and cut the power to restart it)
