Worst customer service.
I've orderd a kit with lamp, fan, timer and tent. Lamp and fan came but not the tent. They just grave me excuses all the time and said "you get the tent in a day" ect... I didn't want or need the tent anymore since I had to but one from my local grow shop. The customer service is terrible, took them 2 month to refund my tent and just kept sending different generic excuses. Any other German compamy would just solve this. Also the timer was of the worst quality, I discovered that it would turn off at 12 night time for an hour and turned on 12 at day when it was suppose to be dark for an hour. Beacuse of this trash timer my plants turned hermaphrodite and ruined my grow.
