After several months not reccomend it
I’ve been using CJ Dropshipping for months and here is my final review: First of all I must say that all these positive reviews comes from newbies like me, after a few chats with the costumer service they ask you to give them a review so all these reviews are not from someone who really tried the product. PROS: - if you want to sell what they suggest you to sell on their website (jewels, pet accessories) they are ok. They deliver in approx 13 days. - if you want a cheap product to sell they can source it for you CONS They are not honest and sincere, never. You saw from the website that they have 1000 products in their warehouse? LIE If you make ad order they say to you that first they need to order the product, this product need to arrive to their warehouse ( 3 days of processing) then they will check the product, move it to another box and then send it to you (1-2 days) and THEN you can count the 10 days of shipping. So when you read “deliver in 3-5 days” add another week of processing. The PRINT ON DEMAND is their worst service. The creator tool is poorly designed, you can’t even check if your design will be well aligned. There are some buttons there to align the design but the output will come not aligned anyway. Then, if you file is too big or not ok the system will not notify you, they will send you a ticket only when someone has already ordered that product. So you discover that the design is not ok after a client has paid for it and is waiting for its product. Since the print on demand is not made in their warehouse, the order took 1 week of processing then 3 days to be shipped and then other 10 days for delivery. And you will never know if the design is ok and aligned as you wish because they do not send to you any picture. The system notifications and the overall website is poorly designed and is not clearly written in english and not intuitive. I have received an email that said that i have some tickets pending but the mail looked like an automatic email that is send whenever an order is created so I did not payed attention to that plus they will explain you in poor english how to open the ticket but you would not understand and always need to ask the chat service and someone need to send you a screenshot on how to do it. The chat service… probably they are like 5 poor guys that have to manage thousands of requests because it took them 20 minutes to reply to you and the funny thing is that their chat system will automatcly be closed after 4 minutes of inactivity so you need to send a message every 4 minutes to keep the chat active while the chat service replies to you. They will not notify you if a product is no more available. Many times I saw a product on the website, ask if its available and finding out it is not they can’t sell it but its on their website. And that’s it. If you want to give to your costumers cheap products delivered in 20 days maybe not well printed CJDropshipping is the right choice for you. If you are looking for a honest, fast, functional partner then try other suppliers.
