The hearing aids made me feel so…Confused
The hearing aids made me feel so confused by the background noise. I even had the sound level at the lowest volume. I called the customer service number, and I was told that number is incorrect, so I got another number to call and was put on hold for 20 minutes and I just hung up. That first number is listed everywhere. So I have emailed them two times now for a refund, and I haven't gotten an answer back. They say they don't want your money, but eventually they do. C. Ousley
