If you try to cancel the order, they’ll charge you double the shipping fee you already paid
Bamboo labs wouldn’t deliver to the address listed and wouldn’t change the address once it was shipped as the carrier requested. After already paying seven dollars for shipping and handling. They then told me to cancel the order. It would cost another $13. I’d recommend just buying aftermarket parts with better customer service. I won’t be ordering from bamboo labs ever again.
