If there's a 0 star I would've given them a 0 star. This is by far the worst courier company ever. I've not dealt with such bad courier company before. All the other companies don't even come close to citylink. My mum rejected my parcel as she was not aware I have a parcel for her coming on Saturday. I called Citylink on Monday and they promised to deliver on Tuesday. Nothing came on Tuesday and I have to call again. PIC from HQ PROMISED and ASSURED me that it will be delivered by Wednesday because it's an instruction from HQ but no surprise, nothing came. On Wednesday noon, I called up the branch to ask and they informed me that nope, they are not going to deliver on Wednesday because apparently the information is incomplete. I called up HQ again and this time around, I was passed around like a hot potato because I was really upset with their service which ended up with HQ promising that the parcel will be delivered today (Wednesday). I'm still currently waiting for my unseen parcel. To recap:- -if you failed to receive your parcel on the first attempt, good luck in arranging for a second delivery. they did not even leave a note or instructions for second delivery or what's going to happen after a failed delivery -customer service is terrible. most of the CS agent knows nothing, always saying will inform the PIC to call back but they NEVER call back -extremely difficult to get someone to pick up a call, be prepared to call repeatedly, either unanswered or dropped call -poor communication between HQ and branch -Manager was rude. Not sure what kind of example he is setting if he is also yelling at customer. giving excuses that they just came back from long holiday and everyone is unable to cope with workload (??) really??? it seems like customers have to be understanding to them but they have no regards to customer even though I have waited and been given empty promises again and again.
