It is actually zero star
It is actually zero star, not 1 star. I am a sole proprietor. I was out of town for work and there was no one in the office. When I returned to the office, parcels were left on the floor exposed to heavy rain for the past few days. Inside parcels were official legal document worth about RM3,000.00 (i.e. paid that much to obtain those documents) and all became wet, smeared and illegible. No one from City-link bothered to call, guess they were saving time trying not to deliver the second time, so they just dumped the documents on the floor. it is BAD SERVICE but I guess this website already proves that.
