Dominic Trew was the agent helping me. He was very efficient, helpful in the booking process, upbeat and polite. I appreciated that he stayed on the line with me until I confirmed the information was correct. One thing the company could do to improve is when a flight is already overbooked that it taken off the website immediately. Apparently, I thought I booked a flight only to get contacted that all the seats at the price were already taken and I had to start the booking process again from scratch, which is time consuming and a bit frustrating. Other than that everything went well booking my flight. PS: submitting review is challenging. I never received the code supposedly sent to my email. Kate Ott
