Scammer . They made us book the flight from YUL to Palma de Mallorca, and then later called us saying the price had changed and that we had to pay more. I told them they couldn’t charge my card without my authorization, but he insisted that the money had already been taken and that I still had to pay extra for the second flight. What a scam.
What a scam ? Their price were the cheapest so I bought it, then a random dude from India called me to inform me that the price just increased by 40%. I refused to pay more. They didn’t want to cancel my ticket so I called my bank and they block them and canceled my card. Be careful, don’t buy anything from them ! It’s a fraud from India
FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Initially, I agreed to pay $790 for a plane ticket… They then called me and told me that if I wanted to keep my plane ticket, I would have to pay double the original price. I refused, and that’s when they charged me an additional $200 in non-refundable fees. This situation feels highly misleading and unfair. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this agency, as their practices raise serious concerns.
Stay away It's a scam They booked round trip flight for me at a discounted price and charged my card double Dominic promised i'd be refunded and not to worry After months of them promising me refunds I had to deal with it myself Delta refunded part of the overbooking I had to cancel my credit card and have credit card company refund the rest of the excess charges They book flights during cheaper travel time then try to change flights bought as unchangeable causing double bookings and non refundable fees They might quote you a cheap price but they double charge you're card and leave you hanging to sort it out on your own Stay away!!
Do not use these scammers they are probably not even based in the US. Not accredited under the BBB. They made us pay for tickets to Los Cabo’s telling us tickets will be issued later and we never received them. Upon contacting them they said the flights are full and we have to take another option which they never gave us. We are now stuck trying to buy new tickets. They threw us to the curb like we aren’t humans. Stay away!
I spoke with Alfred Davis to get our plane tickets. He got the tickets at a price we could afford. He sent us emails with the boarding passes for the going and return passes. He even sent me a text message asking if we had a good trip. He was very polite to me.

Total scam. I spend 3 days trying to got my ticket with them. It is ended up that Delta Called me and said: You booked your flight for October (3 month in advanced) and someone trying to change the date on behalf of my name to Tomorrow date. Delta agent said that someone is saying that I have family emergency (someone from my family is died) to change the dates. I ended up loosing my ticket and was forced to pay full amount of $1350 for my flight instead of $600 if I book in advanced. When I reach customer care, they said that they can't help me. Total waste of 3 days. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM WEBSITE! Update: in 3 days this company was tried to buy subscription to TikTok using my business card. I don't use tiktok and the only company get my card was Travolie. Unfortunately trustpilot did not allow to attach a screenshot to this review as a prof, otherwise I will attach it. Sorry to hear that this happened with you But would you please help us with any information related to us doing that so that we can guide to the right company because we have never practiced any such unethical process. We do ask our customers to provide medical documents and send directly to airline if the ticket fare rules permit in any case. Please speak to the company you were working with. You entered the card info in the booking that was declined. All Data is protected by cloud fare and is not visible for anyone. The system automatically reads the information entered and issues the tickets. But in your case this was declined by our system. So there are Zero Chances for us to use anyone's card. Neither it is practiced in Travolie. Passenger data protection has been at our top priority. It is very disgraceful of you to say card was shared only with travolie. We cannot prove your movements online and that does not make us guilty of any websites you went on. Have you been charged by Travolie ?
