First time purchase
First time purchasing my glasses from here. The purchasing process was a breeze. Only flaw is that there isn’t much opticians that are partnering with them. Had my orders cancelled for 2 times due to the product out of production, which to me was weird cause they still are placed in the selection menu. Decided to go with another type of glasses. The customer service team was excellent in assisting me with all the help that I needed. When the product came, I wasn’t disappointed. It was quite good. It also came with 2 years warranty from smartbuyglasses themselves.
