Poor Administration
I am back here editing my experience 1st purchase went smooth even though I made mistake when placing the order. So I went for 2nd order of little big amount and again made mistake while entering my ID, money was refunded to my wallet. i spoke with Live chat and they said we will complete the order manually using the correct details. Right now it's the 5th day, my money is stuck there neither did I receive a top-up nor got a refund. even though they are promising a refund. I believe they are not a scam but have very poor administration. making customers wait for days.
