If I could rate this gym negative 5 I would
My one year contract go auto renewed to a monthly membership firstly NO NOTICE OF THIS WAS GIVEN TO ME, second I AM UNABLE TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP FROM THE APP OR ANYWWHERE. Contacting them is impossible, useless AI chat bot keeps creating tickets for me with no response for over a week. I am effectively trapped in a monthly recurring gym membership that is for one way more expensive and absolutely no ability to cancel what so ever. If I could rate it negative 5 I would, customer support recently became utterly useless.
