I’m just writing as I’m confused about how the delivery system works. I haven’t received my items
I’m just writing as I’m not exactly sure how it all works. I ordered 6 items on the 15th of may hoping for it to be here for the 1st of July which I’m hoping it will be because it does say 3-6 days processing 12-15 days shipping which I’m completely okay with however my order has been split into two where one order is a face mask and the other one is my dress and stuff so I got a confirmation email saying everything has gone through and I can track my parcel that only has my mask in with my tracking number in a website and it says my package is being delivered by Chinese e packet and they also ship items from wish and Ali express which aren’t the most reliable for delivery. I remained hopeful and my parcel has been in transit since the 19th of may and won’t let me refresh since the 21st of may I’m getting very concerned as it’s now the 24th of may and nothing has come through about the dress and other items which I need for my prom. I’m just asking if jjs house could respond and kind of help me out a bit as I’m confused. Thankyou.
