I ordered dress for my sis wedding
I ordered dress for my sis wedding. On their websites promised to deliver on between exact dates they put on their website. Unfortunately delivery was late and I left only few day before the wedding so I stuck with the dress that I had to alter myslef or be with no dress. I requested a delivery fee for not delivering on time and now I go around the messaging with people who makes me absolutely joke out of me. They have already offered me free shipping for next delivery, and I have already put it twice that they customer service is terrible and I don’t want to buy from them again. If you want to order from this website order 2 months in advance (I ordered a month before the day and still took them longer then they promised ). After posted negative review here I received refund immediately. I must say that the product is a very high quality and look amazing but the customer services needs a massive improvement. I am not sure if I was still messaging with them if I didn’t post the review.
