Customer service is poor. Ordered with a 25% off code. Code wasn’t applied to one item, so had to get a partial refund. Further item cancelled due to an ‘inventory error’ although item is still in stock and has remained in stock. Contacted customer service, no explanation. Offered me 15% off which is ridiculous as original purchase was with the 25% off and they didn’t honour. First time shopping with them and really disappointed
