DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
***update*** So I got a request from rosegal asking me for the order number to look into it. And in TRUE ROSEGAL CUSTOMER SERVICE FASHION I supplied it and NO RESPONSE. Again DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY I never received my order. They claimed it was an incorrect address. It was not. I know my address. I fought with them about my order not coming, and told them I was opening a dispute with PayPal, to which they replied “we’ll send it out again, just pay more shipping” I got a USD invoice for re-shipping (I’m in Canada). I waited and waited. Nothing. Their customer service is absolutely horrible, and the experience has taught me to order within North America. I would have given a 0 star, but that’s not an option.
