This theme is cumbersome, but beautiful
This theme is cumbersome. While I like the look of my site, this theme slows down everything. I bought it so I could run my courses on my own website, but the payment process is so convoluted, it was unusable. Support is awful. It takes days to get anything resolved. They crashed my site with their changes last week and gave me an error message that I had to pay. I did it didn't solve the issue, which I solved myself the next day. Today they charged me again. Update: Thrive refunded the duplicate charge with a heartfelt apology.
