Double Bad experience despite the good online system
I was very happy with this new found platform initially, until I received a bad/sub par condition pair of shoes (very obvious/deep DENTS found in BOTH sides of my supposed 'Brand New' shoes). Very disappointing. Reached out to Customer Service for explanation however it was like talking to a Bot. It was swift in acknowledging my feedback submission, however he/she didn't take into my consideration what I've already told in my email earlier. but asked for Pictures that I've already sent. And few days later, gave me a reply I could already find on the web.. Double BAD experience and disappointment. I gave it a CHANCE to Redeem itself but to no avail..
