Bought lenses back in october, never received them.
I bought circle lenses in october 2020 at Pinky Paradise, who were supposed to get here up to 3 months. 3 months passed, and i receive an email saying it will take another 3 months so I can receive my lenses. I could get my money back, but I bought it in Black Friday and dollars are actually a lot of money for me, so i thought that i might as well wait another 3 months, otherwise I’d have to wait until october to shop at another place. Today, when it’s finally the month i should receive my package, I get a letter from the post office (not Pinky Paradise, they’ve not said a thing) saying that there’s a tax I should pay, and I’m okay with it. So i track my order and it’s BACK TO GERMANY because apparently it’s been in the post office for a while and I didn’t pay the tax soon enough. Pinky Paradise sent me ABSOLUTELY nothing for the last 3 months. This is just ridiculous.
