Support in Germany is simply terrible
I am trying for the last 3 days to send 2 xiaomi phones for repair. I used the site got no reply. Then I called the call center in Germany , after 15 minutes , I got 2 reference numbers for the repair application ,I was supposed to get an email with instructions , email never came. Never buying anything from them again. Just buy Apple or Samsung if you are in Germany.
