Not working and unfulfilled promises in refund warranty
Unfortunately the software was not able to recover my files. My request for the refund was not accepted, just redirected to some free product offers I can't really use (because the data recovery couldn't solve my problem). So yeah, unfortunately unsatisfied with the product and not happy about the customer service reaction. Ticket ID: 1408109
