They offer these cheap units but within 3-6 months your unit will be raised up. I started at $55 + $14 insurance then went up to $80+ and within 6 months my storage unit went up to $103. Yesterday, I received notification that my unit amount will be $183 ($169 for the unit and $14 for the insurance). My unit by the way is a 10 x 10. I called the Manager, Danielle at the Market location she said she had a customer and will call me back but she never did. I'm done with this place. Extra space storage bought this storage unit and they are notorious for raising their prices constantly. If you are looking for a storage place and you see their units, really nice and clean but you need to think twice because the prices they are offering now seems to be so cheap and 3 months after you put all your things there, your payment will suddenly go up.
