False advertising
What I received (after about 3 months) was nothing like what was advertised. Need to avoid this company like the plague! I bought a light grey hat advertised as ‘wool’ and what I got was a dark grey hat that had a ‘100% Cotton’ tag in it! Tried to contact the company but they continually ignore requests.
