I liked the transparency of the process. I thought that the fees are a bit high for the buyer, but they are fully disclosed. The transaction went fairly smoothly. My problem was with the authentication process. When I received the watch, there was an engraving on the back that wasn't noted by Bennison. A few months later, I had a jeweler look at the watch. According to the jeweler, the watch was authentic, but the box was fake. The lack of care in the authentication gives me pause in buying additional watches through this platform.
