I ordered (and paid for) a set of bench seats for the dinette in my motorcoach on September 9th, 2022. I was given an expected ship date of February 6th, 2023. Clara has provided exceptional customer service, above and beyond expectations. Kudos Clara! I'll comment again on the product after I receive my order. The only complaint I had was paying 100% of the price with the order, 50% non-refundable would have been okay... however since these are custom orders, I understand their position ... just don't like it. Everybody wants three things: 1.) Good (quality product and/or service) 2.) Fast (timely fulfillment) 3.) Cheap (good value for the money) In my experience you can only ever get two out of the three... so pick your two... and shut up. S**t happens. It's how it handled that matters. It sounds like they do a pretty good of job with that. I'll let you know more in February.
