I ordered clothes from Yoins Plus…
I ordered clothes from Yoins Plus because I loved the look of so many clothes in this range and the models look like about a size 14 UK even though the range starts at size 18 UK. I'm a 16 but because of the price thought maybe as with my experience with cheap clothing they were smaller sizes. Unfortunately 2 dresses were far too big so I requested a refund which turned out to be very difficult. Basically if you live in the UK you have to pay for postage to return the items, or get 50% back and keep the items. If you live in other countries (big list) it's free. The woman at customer services was also very rude on the phone. Lesson learned to look into the refunds and returns policies of companies in future, what did I expect from clothes so cheap? (the material felt cheap too). Disappointed and misled by the clothes on the models and the range starting at size 18 UK when the smaller clothing range looks tarty and not my taste at all. It's a shame they don't offer a wider selection for more sizes.
