Poor customer service
I ordered extensions on May 12th and got no confirmation of the order. I’ve reached out to them every day since and they assure me it’s there and FedEx has the package! However there hasn’t been any movement by FedEx and they say a label was created only! I am getting a complete runaround from the company and since they gave Afterpay a tracking number they won’t let me dispute the transaction! This is a scam!!
