AVOID THIS SERVICE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE: Very unprofessional. We made payment via PayPal & they didn’t get back to us anything until we contacted them via Live Chat. They mentioned that they updated their finance team & will get back to us in 2-4 hours but failed to do so. So I contacted them back after two weeks but they replied very rudely & told us that we need to wait for another 2-4 hrs. The email they sent us was very rude as well. Please AVOID THEIR SERVICE AT ALL COST.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT buy things…

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT buy things from this seller. Just get either Prism or Xiao Mi tv. at least they WORK. The after-sale support is very bad. There is little to no after-sales support. I tried to contact them to fix the issue but they insist that I have difficulty using the remote and was asked to come down to the showroom so that they can 'teach' me how to use it. I already showed them by video taking and send it to them. The customer service REALLY REALLY bad. The Netflix app also has issues. I asked the guy to come down because it can be due to the tv, the app, or the remote but they did not respond. Please DO NOT EVER EVER buy it. I don't even know what to do with the tv I bought. U get what u paid for. I have all the conversations in my chat list for the evidence. & PLEASE BEWARE that the other positive reviews can be the ghost reviews.
