Poor Service, Such a Shame
I try to give all companies I sign up for the benefit of the doubt. With this in mind, I have to say that Tazapay falls well short of my expectations. The only way I can get the attention of this company is via Trust Pilot which is a shame.
The company website is impressive but on this occasion, the customer service is not so good. After sending 5 emails about the system issues, I received 1 reply on Trust Pilot.

Let's Compromise
After signing up I tried my first international transaction to Canada. My client informed me that her Canadian bank did not recognise Tazapay. The Tazapay website says that it's a "Borderless Payments for Global Platforms". But I did not experience this.
This company has a good reputation based on the comments on this platform. That said, it fell well sort of my expectation. I sent two emails asking for guidance of which both were ignored.
With the above in mind, if there is anyone at Tazapay that can help me, I am willing to try again. Its all about finding solutions and compromise.
