Terrible Support & Aftermarket.
I have had a growatt system with 3 SPH inverters connected via shinemaster and a battery stack that has worked proper 10-15% of the time. Everytime a major update is installed (wich happends automaticaly) the system malfunction and major commands are disabled such as self-consumption. The support is terrible. The average wait-time is 1 month to get it sorted and after 1-2 months it updates and gets malfunctioned again. I work as a solar-installer and this is absurd. If i only knew this upfront i would choose Any other brand over growatt. The afterservice is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.
