Dear Parcel Monkey I am writing to provide some feedback regarding the user experience on your website. While I find the page listing all carrier prices very helpful, I found some other parts of the site a bit confusing and not as user-friendly as they could be. Specifically, I have the following suggestions to help save time for the user: - Address Input: It would be much more efficient if the full address were captured during the initial quote phase. Requiring the complete address upfront would prevent the user from having to add more information later in the process. - Search and Auto-fill: For both the sender and recipient addresses, I recommend allowing the user to search for an address or input it directly. Additionally, providing an auto-fill option for recurring addresses would greatly improve the experience. I hope you find this feedback useful for future site improvements. Best regards, Kevin Murphy
