No Birthday Gift!
They gave us several choices for a package that we were sending to Australia for a birthday. We didn't choose the least expensive option, we chose the one that promised that the package would be delivered in 5-7 days. It wasn't, it took more than twice that long and the birthday was missed

Oregon Delivery for Grandkids
I have been using Parcel Monkey for all of my shipments made to Oregon and North Carolina and have not had any issues. They are reasonable in shipping costs and items are delivered on or before indicated delivery date. Very please with this service

Took my money, didn't ship the package, and charged me a fee for the privilege
I paid Parcel Monkey to ship an important package to another country. After almost two weeks of silence with my parcel stuck in "pending," I reached out - only to be told the service was suspended. They accepted my package for a service they couldn't fulfill and never bothered to inform me! To top it off, their only solution was to return the package while charging me return fees and deducting transit costs, leaving me with virtually nothing refunded. Non-existent communication, zero accountability, and complete disregard for their customers. Save your money and use someone else!
