I shipped an iPhone 15 Pro Max and a pair of AirPods Pro internationally through Parcel Monkey, items worth roughly $950 in resale value alone, on June 22, 2026. USPS tracking shows the parcel bouncing back and forth between Indianapolis, Newark, and multiple New York distribution centers for over six weeks, including an unexplained "Returned to Sender" scan that was never explained to me. As of today, the package still has not reached my recipient in the UK. What makes this worse: Parcel Monkey's own order system marked this shipment as "Delivered," while their support team was simultaneously telling me, in the same conversation thread, that the package was "held in customs," then that it "may be lost," and eventually that they have "no direct connection" with the courier and I should chase USPS myself. Their own insurance help page tells customers to take immediate action if a package "is marked as delivered but you haven't received it", yet when I've pointed out that exact contradiction to their support team, I've been met with silence. I paid for protection on this shipment. I asked for this to be escalated to management. For the past three weeks, every follow-up message I've sent has gone completely unanswered - no manager response, no resolution, no claim filed on my behalf despite the shipment being weeks overdue. If you're considering shipping anything of real value through Parcel Monkey, think twice. When something goes wrong, in my experience you get excuses, contradictions, and silence - not help.

ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL!!! Do not trust this company to sent anything. I tried to send 3 pieces of paper to South Africa via Parcel monkey a month and 1/2 ago. It is still not there. They sent it by mail - I could have done that for less money with the same results. THEY cannot tell me where the parcel is. It's suppose to be a courier service but no.. SO SO FRUSTRATING!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
