High cost compared to other similar service providers

I have used other services as well. but not satisfied with the work with shipto. 1- no tax refunds on export orders 2- not located in tax-free zone for export orders 3- charges for shipping and other services are high compared to other service providers. 4- while selecting shipping option it mentioned 3-4 days delivery. after processing it now shows 15-17 days.

Urgent appeal to Shipito

I've been a long-time premium customer. I contacted you directly via live chat last Friday and again on Monday (yesterday) to inquire about the storage status of my package. I was explicitly and literally told that I could extend the storage period and that I had to do so by Tuesday, August 11th. Today, I can no longer find the package in my account, and I was told it might have been disposed of. This is deceptive and a lack of transparency, as I was never informed of this beforehand. I also received an email on 7 aug, stating that I could extend the storage for up to 28 days. I was never told that I couldn't extend the storage. I simply followed the instructions I received directly from you via email and customer support. I have clear and documented evidence for every step I took, so please return the package to my account. If the package is not returned, I regret to inform you that I will escalate the matter to law enforcement and consumer protection agencies, as this is blatant deception and misrepresentation. My package number is CLZ052-A This package contains several items that costed me a lot, it has sentimental value to me as well. I might lose my mind if my package was lost, so please help. It should have been made clear that storage could not be extended instead of telling me I could do it on Tuesday. Yesterday I urgently asked the support staff member representing you, "Will my package be at risk?" and he replied that there was no risk. This is ridiculous, a blatant lie, and completely unacceptable.

My first experience with Shipito...

My first experience with Shipito was amazingly awesome. Shipping out was in just about 3 hours after I placed request for shipment. Customer care via chat was very responsive and supported me when required. They handled and packaged my item with absolute care.

Bad customer service

Well Al I wanted was a package rerouted. Called the courier they said have the sender call us. Five days till I get a reply to my ticket, they refused to reroute the package. They said they cannot reroute it - despite it being literally written on the couriers site that it’s possible with a small phone call mind you and me calling the courier to confirm it’s possible. They did not give any reason for refusing to reroute the package. It infuriating why wouldn’t they say ok????? Also each reply takes literally a week. A full week.

Very good and reliable service

The website is a textbook example of a well-designed, clear and easy-to-navigate site. It’s also very straightforward to find and access whatever you need. I shipped a package from the US to Sweden using DHL, and it was expensive, of course, but wow — it was incredibly fast. If you really want something from the US, Japan or Europe and it simply isn’t available locally, I would absolutely use SHIPITO’s freight forwarding service again. It’s a great service.

It is commercially unacceptable and unreasonable to charge an astronomical total fee exceeding $130 for a minor shipment that does not even exceed 6 kilograms (approximately 13.2 lbs). This blatant financial exploitation and lack of transparency transformed what should have been a welcoming onboarding experience into a bitter and highly disappointing ordeal.
