Appalling customer service
Definitely would not recommend. I reached out multiple times about why only express shipping was available. When I have sent the same goods through them in the past at economy. Would take multiple emails each time to get a reply that didnt answer the question I asked about why no economy shipping. Would just comment had to be sent through a specific carrier due to the products. Even though as states I had never had that problem in the past to ship the same products to the same address.

The order was shipped really fast once paid, handling of the package was also great and the tracking information was provided almost immediately. As a middle-man distributor of packages, the price is relatively expensive, which is to be expected, but perfectly reflects the quality of their service.

My experience with Shipito has been excellent so far. The registration process was easy, the website is user-friendly, and everything has gone smoothly. My package has been received at their warehouse and processed quickly, and I have been kept informed throughout the process. So far, everything has exceeded my expectations. I’m looking forward to receiving my package in Croatia, but based on my experience up to this point, I would definitely recommend Shipito.

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. They lost all my packages, they don't know which carrier they used. Blamed it on customs but actually but the tracking says my packages have never moved. Refused to reimburse because ''i didnt buy the inssurance'' but the package DID NOT MOVE FROM THEIR WAREHOUSE.

I forgot to put the 00063 in the address. The package was lost but they had a department that used the tracking numbers on the package to find it for me .theres not so many companies that would do this
