My experience with Stackry has been terrible. You lost my package, and no one from customer service is responding to my inquiries. This is completely unacceptable. This is my last time using your service, and I will be closing my account.

Stackry is the best Consolidator / Shipper
Stackry is the best company. I have used for so many years, few times I experiment with others (like one that is called fish-something), and I have found others cost much more and without the good personal service I receive so often with Stackry. This is my 65th shipment with Stackry.....so very highly recommended.....

Extra fees scam & extremely long wait time before able to ship out
Their system to declare item values in your packages is set up in a way that you're basically forced to pay extra fees to be able to properly do it. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE A RECIEPT OF THE ORDER WITH EVERYTHING ITEMIZED WITH PRICES, AND I EMAILED THEM IT TOO. Then it takes 3 days to consolidate 2 packages??? After I consolidate packages of course I'm going to ship them out immediately so let me pay for everything at once so that it's forwarded as fast as possible. My packages arrived at their location on July 30, and I just now, August 6, was able to have them shipped out. Absolutely ridiculous service. I have to go back to another company that I hate also because of their customer service, but at least it doesnt take them AGES to do their job. Trust me, don't use Stackry, there are plenty of other forwarding companies.
