Used Stackry to get a limited edition art print from the U.S.
I used Stackry to get a limited edition art print that was only offered to U.S. customers to my home country of the Netherlands.
I was a bit hesitant at first, there quite a few of these forwarding services and looking at reviews most of them have a dubious reputation. Stackry seemed the most trustworthy option.
The print I ordered was about a 150 euros in value. When it arrived at the Stackry adress I got both an email and whatapp notification. This included a picture of the package and it's weight. I paid roughly 23 euros in shipping and handling costs to Stackry and then paid the import and handling fees to my local logistics company (PostNL, 43 euros in import and handling fees).
All in all this wasn't exactly cheap but I am super satisfied with the service Stackry provided. Clear notifications, well packaged and promptly shipped. This isn't a service I imagine I'll be using often but it's a great way to get a unique product that is otherwise only available in the U.S.
I have used this service a few times already to ship packages from the US to Germany. Previously, I was able to ship a 2 lb package for a reasonable price of ca. 40 $ including handling fees. However, for my most recent purchase, this option is no longer available. Shipments to Germany start at 95 $ +, which is more than twice the value of the items I purchased in the US. That is a really unpleasant development. Customer service, on the other hand, has been friendly and accommodating. Couldn't do anything about the fees though. I will not use this service in the foreseeable future.

Wanted to give a shoutout to a website…
Wanted to give a shoutout to a website called “Stackry” they completely stole my money, and my important/expensive package for my dying mom. I’m absolutely heartbroken, and I will do my part to keep people away from this horrible company. Ps if you talk to anyone named Veronica today…..don’t trust them. I see all the decent reviews and I can’t believe it’s from the same website. I guess things change
