I've used their US address several…
I've used their US address several times to receive credit cards, and every single one was lost. I also used their UK address once for a SIM card, and that went missing too. Conveniently, the only things that never get lost are worthless paper bills. I'm highly suspicious of this company and strongly suspect they are stealing valuable packages.

They're usually sent by trackable method and we can look into it to see if we receive them. We always take very serious security regarding packages or letters and will work with the senders to verify if you can provide certain confirmation / proof about credit cards. Pros & Cons
Pros - Easy to navigate website, helpful staff, efficient timeframes & many features. Cons - Misleading advertising in ref to BIG SAVINGS for eg 70 -80% savings, 60 - 75% on another page. It cost me 40% more than a previous provider. Owner leaves email but doesn't reply, in closing will never use again.

Thank you for your review. Please note that savings can be up to 80% as advertised on our site, depending on many factors such as weight, dimension, the destination and the shipping method selected . Planet Express is a personalized package forwarding service, not a bulk reshipper. As such, the shipments we send out are handled in a more streamlined manner for the end recipient, rather than being grouped together with hundreds of other packages at one time.
Horrible service
Package was sent from their Oregon warehouse on 2nd of April. It's 24th of April now and the package hasn't even left the US yet. Waste of time.
