Fantastic! Highly recommend. I’ve used Planet Express to ship items to Australia 6 times now. Each time the process has been incredibly efficient, smooth and hassle-free. I’ve not had a bad experience and their efficiency is top shelf.
This is my first experience with Planet Express and I am very satisfied. The system is clear, fast, responses to requests are immediate and the package consolidation works great. I will definitely come back here.
I think Planet Express has pretty good customer service. I was confused about how to navigate the website and was not ever sure if I was pushing the right buttons or not. As a result of this my delivery got canceled but they were very responsive about helping me work through it. Now that I have been through the process, I will probably not make the same mistakes next time. I live in the Philippines, and I really need a service like Planet Express. The only criticism I have would be to add a clear and concise step by step guide on how to navigate the website. It's not a modern "interactive" website so it's easy to get confused about what you're supposed to do. But overall, I think it's a good service and a good company.

Planet Express are my preferred USA package forwarder, every time I have used them I have experienced great service and excellent communications. The website is easy to use and well designed. I only wish that they would open a warehouse in Netherlands or Germany so I could use them for EU package forwarding!

I've used this service a few times, and overall it's been good. Their system is not bad, they wrap things well when giving such request. But there is one thing I requested them to correct, and they did not respond - they won't show their $2 extra wrap option till the end of the step (after they finished packing the box). I used their $5 Special request for a double wrap but later I saw their $2 option at their last step, so I asked them to swap the service and get a refund, but they refused it. It feels like it's a little scam. Why anyone would want to use the extra wrap after they finished packing the box??

I used Planet Express to ship a package to Switzerland and I was a bit skeptical at first, since it was my first time using this service. Planet Express shipped my package on January 6th, and it was delivered on January 20th, fully within the estimated timeframe — even a few days earlier than expected. The service was clear, well organized, and reliable. I’ve now gained confidence in Planet Express and will definitely use it again for future shipments. Highly recommended!
i have used them for their United Kingdom and United states locations. United states ones are good (especially OR) however I have some reservation about the UK one. they offer limited shipping options. they do not even offer Royal Mail as an option and only provide DHL, Fedex etc that could cost a fortune when it comes to international shipping. I dont find the staff there are friendly and helpful too. I ended up disposing some item because of the prohibitve shipping cost
