A Really Good Service!!

im going on my 4th or 5th year using Plaet Express. They have done nothing but get better and better! The rates that they have for where I live (mainland China) are really competitive, and always take the utmost care to pack my packages very securely...and I've NEVER lost a package using Planet Express! I will continue to use thier service as long as I am here living abroad!

Staff has stolen my BOA debit card and…

Staff has stolen my BOA debit card and created fraudulent activities by using several checks other from another clients as parts of activities. I have to find claims and fix all the problem from overseas. When I file the claim with Planet Express they offer very little help and handle nothing.

The service is honestly great

The service is honestly great. I was able to take my time, buy items and have them consolidated and ship when i was ready. The packaging services were great and everything came in as advertised.

Being ignored by CS

Up until now the service has been pretty good, however my emails are now being ignored. I paid for a consolidated package on the 2 April. I was told two different things by 2 different CS agents. One told me it had been shipped and another with has been shipped. No picture of my mailed package has been uploaded to my account despite several requests from me. The tracking number they have given me does not exist and USPS and Ascendia have both said they haven’t received this parcel. Has this parcel gone missing?? Please stop ignoring me!!!

Unclear support and a returned shipment

I contacted support before shipping and specifically asked whether wireless earbuds with a small built-in lithium battery could be sent to Algeria with Planet Mail: Express. I was not given a clear yes or no answer, and the shipping method still remained available in my account, so I proceeded. The package was later returned, and I was told no refund was possible. What frustrated me most was the unclear and inconsistent communication. I asked in advance, but the answer was vague, and after the shipment failed, the risk was placed entirely on me. I also noticed that after the package returned to their facility, the recorded weight increased by 0.1 lb, which raised the re-shipment cost. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I would not use this service again.

NICE delivery

Excellent service

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical using Planet Express, since it was my first time using this kind of service. But it was all for nothing since it is an excellent service. I chose the cheapest option to get my parcel from California to Denmark (though I paid 2$ extra to make it priority). It arrived as expected two weeks later. As it turns out there was only a 20$ difference between that option and another option, where I could pay the VAT upfront and get the parcel in 3 days. I will definitely choose that option next time around. But that was on me, not on Planet Express (that offers a whole range of different carrier services).  When my parcel arrived at Planet Express it was shipped off just a few hours later. Everything worked flawlessly.  I will say that this is a really great service for someone living in Europe (or anywhere else in the world), who needs to buy a specific US-only item.

Efficient and affordable shipper for expats

I've used Planet Express four times to collect shipping orders from the US and mail them to myself in Namibia. The system is affordable and transparent. The service fees are always clear and very affordable. The package consolidation is excellent. I've never had any issues with the packing quality. They process incoming packages quickly; I generally get an email and photo from Planet Express only minutes after receiving the delivery notice from the shipper. The tax-free warehouse in Oregon is also a huge cost saver! 100% recommend—one of the best keys to expat life

2028-Apr-28 Edit: After using PE's UK warehouse—I'm less impressed. There is only one domestic UK shipping option (DHL), and it is extremely expensive. Sending goods to Canada from the UK is exceptionally pricey, with a single small sub-5lbs parcel costing me more than $90. Something isn't right, and it has me concerned. If your money is tight, maybe price shop. --- PE is fast and responsive on all matters. They don't overcharge, and they give you good deals on shipping (I've saved a lot of money with these guys). Terrific customer service. I've been using PE for 5 years by this point, back when they were relatively new—glad I gave them a shot back then, because they've given me no reason to use any other package forwarding service since. Great stuff.

I've used most of the big name US…

I've used most of the big name US forwarding services, and nothing beats Planet Express. They are truly a cut above the rest. They are especially useful for people in Australia due to a unique option they provide that no other forwarders provide. If you're in Australia, don't bother with any other US forwarding companies. I've filtered the trash for you.

The service is excellent

The service is excellent, super fast, and has wonderful communication. I previously used the Opas platform, which was also good, but PlanetExpress service is on another level entirely. Thank you.

Pay attention where you ship

Did you not explain / advertise that their "tax free" oregon warehouse doens't have lower cost shipping options at all. Ended up paying $107 for shipping their competitors charge $30. T
