Incompetent customer service
My invoice/receipt had the correct address but my label had the incorrect address. The customer service agent told me that it's normal and it will be scanned upon delivery and will be rerouted to the correct address. My package is currently lost and the customer service agent never replied to my questions afterward.

Processing the item was easy and the cost of the shipping was very good.
There was some confusion in the emails received, and the parcel was delivered a little late. I received outstanding customer service from USPS when I called them with concern.
