Tried to ship a package from US to UK, the company did not create a label and then refused to complete the order - had to sit for 30 mins talking to an AI helpdesk which then concluded that, they can't do the order and gave up. Really disappointing service, do not use.

I compared the costs with UPS online and instore, parcel monkey is at least 50% cheaper for a large box shipment. I was able to get the label in minutes and UPS printed it for me. (Not all places do though). The delivery time was as advertised.
