Horrible experience. I paid for a UPS label, then got told I need to create a new UPS account and link it to Parcel Monkey. The link they give you to create the account doesn’t even work, and there’s no clear option anywhere in the profile or FAQ to link a UPS account anyway.
The chatbot is useless too, it just keeps repeating the same vague answers without actually helping. Total waste of time. At this point I’m just hoping my refund goes through.

I sent 2 international parcels yesterday. Pricing was fantastic; it was really easy to order including options for direct, signature and insurance. Shipping labels were emailed instantly (in my case full UPS labels).
I then noticed 'customs forms' were also required. I wasn't sure where to find these - went to chat and they emailed them fully completed. Chat sorted this promptly.

I had opted for a service that guaranteed delivery in 3 days and paid accordingly, instead of 3 days. It took a good 7 days that is a week which is not acceptable. Package was shipped on a Tuesday for Thursday delivery however it was delivered the next week on Monday.

I shipped this parcel with 3 layers of different sizes of bubble wrap and wadded paper around the edges for maximum safety. I ship these around the world and this is the 1st 1 to ever have a problem. The box was clearly smashed and now them and UPS refuse to pay the valid insurance claim. I included over a dozen photos they needed and still refuse to pay.
