Very bad customer experience
Made a substantial order in august but heard nothing more. I contacted them, allowing 5 weeks considering the global situation. Only then did they inform me that none of the goods were available. They promised to refund my money. 10 days later I am still waiting. Will probably have to resort to PayPal to get money back.
Very disappointing. I can’t in all honesty advise anyone to buy online from this company.

Colourful and comfortable shoes but…
The shoes are lovely and very comfortable. However,despite the impression given that it is a company based in Europe, it is in fact Chinese. This isn’t a problem until you want to return a pair of shoes.
It will cost you £17 or 20€ and they are not helpful, English being very much a second language.
I would advise would be customers to bear this in mind if tempted to buy from these people.
